- Compare Oboo products to specific competitor brands by name
- Use clinical or shame-adjacent language — "broken," "dysfunction," "fixing yourself"
- Use the Oboo logo or product images in paid ads without written approval
- Bid on Oboo brand keywords in paid search
- Guarantee specific outcomes ("this will give you an orgasm")
- Share the portal URL or affiliate terms publicly
