    Divorce gift from friend

    My friend gave me this and I almost died! I had never used a vibrator before, so I wasn't quite sure what to do with it! What is the lifespan of Oboo products?

Your Oboo Wellness items are good for 12 months after opening. That’s a whole year of happy, healthy use! Oboo Tools come with a 1-year warranty and are designed to last well beyond that with the right care and maintenance.

Are Oboo Tools waterproof?

All our tools are water-friendly! Get them wet and go wild! Just keep them from submerging for extended periods of time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states—we got you, Hawaii and Alaska!). We hope to expand our shipping locations soon, so stay tuned!

How fast is shipping?

Orders are shipped within one business day and typically delivered within 4-5 business days. Orders placed on holidays, Fridays after 12pm MST, or over the weekend will ship the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

For US orders under $100, we charge standard shipping and you'll see the cost before you check out. Orders over $100 get free standard shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey.

Are Oboo lubricants edible?

While not edible, a small amount of lube won’t harm you if ingested. Just don’t consume it like food or drink.

How do I turn it on?

The light will blink while charging and go solid when fully charged. Then, hold and press the power button for 2 seconds to start. And just like that, it’s ready to turn you on too! Turn it off the same way.

How long does a charge last?

When fully charged, expect up to 2 hours of playtime. Enough time for an epic solo date or a plus-one adventure.

How do I charge an Oboo Tool?

Connect the provided USB cable to your Tool and plug it into any USB port. You'll see a little light blink – that's its way of saying "I'm getting ready for our date!" When fully charged, the light will remain solid.

How do I clean Oboo Tools?

Wash with soap and water or use a toy cleaner to sanitize before and after each use. A little TLC goes a long way and helps to prevent those pesky UTIs!

How should I store my Oboo products?

Store your Oboo Tools clean in the bag they came with, in a cool and dry place. Close your Oboo Wellness items tight and store upright in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Can I use Oboo products if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle on sensitive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test first and consulting with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Are Oboo products safe to use?

Absolutely! Our Tools are made from high-quality, body-safe materials and each has been tested to known standards.

Our Wellness items are made from 100% natural and organic ingredients. The lubricants are water-based which makes them pH-balanced for most bodies.
